tier II reports

EPRCA helps to increase public knowledge and access to information on chemicals at individual facilities, their uses adn releases into the environment.  All facilities which store, use or produce toxic chemicals are subject to the Emergency Planning and Community Right To Konw Act of 1986. Some examples are Hospitals, Poultry Processers, Water treatment facilities, Farm centers, Petroleum Storage Facilities, and Telephone Utility Services.

To Submit your Tier II reporting you must have a E-Plan account. You can no longer send in paper forms for Tier II Reports. For any questions and concerns please contact the MEMA Tier II Reporting Program Manager at 601-933-6369.
